Azerbaijan contains tobacco merchandise in listing of excisable items

Tobacco merchandise in Azerbaijan are included within the listing of excisable items, Development experiences.

This variation within the Tax Code of Azerbaijan was mentioned at a gathering of the Parliament on Feb.23.

In keeping with the modifications, it was proposed to extend the charges of excise taxes on each the manufacturing and import of tobacco merchandise, in addition to to incorporate within the listing of excisable items pipe, smoking, chewing, in addition to tobacco and tobacco merchandise supposed for every type of hookahs, and consumed because of heating.
